Project Description
Tenant Buildout of the 1,325 square foot space in Downtown Silver Spring for a caramel manufacturing facility and retail shop. Worked with Symmetry First Architects who designed the buildout. Installation of commercial kitchen featuring a range hood and make-up air unit. Installed new, seamless acrylic flooring throughout.
